Date selection

Booking Start Date

To ensure your dress arrives on time, select the start date for when you need or want the dress by.  This is typically the event date, however if you are travelling then select the date you are leaving. NOTE If you are booking for a day event, or travelling early in the morning then please select the day prior.

 

Booking Return Date

Your return date is always the following business day after your event (for postal bookings, these need to be handed in and scanned at a NZ Post counter by 4pm at the latest).

If you are unable to return on the following business day eg. due to travel, then you must adjust the rental period at the time of booking and select the day you are able to return the garment. NOTE the return date chosen must always be a business day (Monday to Friday only).

When do I need to book?

We strongly encourage booking your Garment in advance of your event. Please see our Shipping Policy for detailed information regarding Collections and Deliveries.

If booking within 7 days of your event/start date, please see information below.

Collections - garments will be available to collect 1-2 business days prior to your Booking Start date.

Delivery - garments are sent using NZ Post overnight courier. Please allow up to 2 business days depending on the delivery area. Rural addresses require an additional 2-3 business days.

The cutoff time for same day dispatch is 3pm, Monday-Friday. Should you place an order after this time, it will be shipped the following business day. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Business days are Monday to Friday.

For bookings made after 3pm Wednesday for the current weekend, it is strongly recommended to select Saturday delivery for your shipping option. Saturday delivery is not available for Rural addresses.
