Back Up Dress
Maybe you’re a little indecisive, or you’ve got your eye on something a bit adventurous and want a safe option just in case? Whatever the reason, you can add a Back Up dress to your booking for $30.
Explore
Once you have narrowed down your options, check the booking calendar to ensure both pieces are available for your rental period. Add both your first and second choice of garment to your cart. The rental dates must be the same for each garment.
Update Cart
On the cart page, add the "Back Up Dress" to add the $30 fee to your order. You'll find this under the "You may also like" section.
Checkout
Proceed to the checkout page and enter the discount code BACKUP. This will update your cart so that you only pay for the more expensive item, and the backup option will cost $30.
Wear
When you receive your order, both garments will have tags attached. Try them on and once you have made your decision, only remove the tag from the garment you will be wearing. If any part of the tag has been removed from both garments, you will be charged the full hire fee minus the Back Up dress fee.
Return
To help keep the unworn garment clean and free from things like perfume transfer etc, place it in the separate garment bag, before placing both garments in the return courier bag. Return on or by your rental return date.
Please note that for oversized/bulkier dresses that require a larger or additional courier bag, then an additional delivery fee will be charged. We will contact you first to advise of any additional charge and confirm before proceeding with the booking.
